The Chairperson of NWWDA Hon. Nasri Sahal Ibrahim joined fellow Chairpersons from various State Corporations  in a tree planting exercise at Ngong forest on 14th June 2023 in a bid to embrace the over 30% tree cover initiative.

As Chairs of State Corporations, they pledged to create a blueprint in the climate call and be at the forefront in combating climate change. NETFUND has played a pivoting role in facilitating this initiative as part of the president's passionate mission to spearhead greening the country.
