The borehole is expected to serve the people of Sigaley Village located in Balambala Ward, Balambala constituency Garissa County. Once equipped the water supply is intended to improved access to safe water for the 1200 residents of the settlement.

The borehole project serves the people of Basanicha Village located in Tarbaj constituency, Wajir County. The Project is complete and has improved access to safe water for the 2000 residents within the settlement. The project components included the drilling of a borehole, equipping, laying of pipeline to connect to elevated plastic tank, construction steel tank tower, fencing and installation Solar Pumping Unit.
